Hi Mr Yeo,

I do not know if the prices will be affected due to the residents suing the developer for the leakage, poor wood works around the pool etc..

However, I have clients looking for The Seaview, due to it being Freehold and the nearest big project next to Parkway Parade and of course, the upcoming MRT.

Currently, owners are still looking at about $1,500 to $1700 psf depending on its stack and facing. e.g facing amber road or pool facing.. etc..

This is the best contribution i can come up with. :)
